About Me

I have always been fascinated by the human psyche. My journey began as a Healthcare Assistant in various Mental Health Institutes and later in End of Life Care.
​
I was introduced to EFT via a friend, and was astounded at how quickly it worked for many different issues. I decided to study EFT and Past Life Regression with Gavin Bowtell of Essex Mind Coach.
​
Now based in West Row, Suffolk, I offer both in-person and online sessions. Alongside my therapy work, I am also an artist, finding joy and expression through painting.
